Terms of use

These terms are between you and Mather Software Ltd (company number 17443861), which runs Plot Viewer. By using Plot Viewer you agree to them.

What Plot Viewer is, and isn't

Plot Viewer builds an approximate 3D model and profile of your home from the documents and information you provide. It is for visualisation only. It is not a survey, a valuation, or a substitute for the developer's drawings, specification or contract. Positions, sizes and fittings may be wrong, especially where documents were hard to read. Always check anything important with your developer, solicitor or surveyor.

Your documents

Brochures, drawings and tours usually belong to the developer. Only upload documents you're entitled to have, for your own private use. You keep all rights in what you upload, and you give us permission to store and process it only to provide Plot Viewer to you. We don't publish your documents, and share links don't show them unless you choose to include them. Don't upload anything unlawful or anything you don't have the right to share.

Payment

Uploading and the demo are free. Building a home costs £29, paid once per home, with no subscription. It includes up to 20 builds, the assistant (up to 300 messages a month) and private share links for that home. Because you get the service straight away, the 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once your first build starts. If a build fails and we can't fix it, email hello@plotviewer.co.uk and we'll refund you.

Fair use

Each home can hold up to 60 documents of up to 25 MB each. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service, or use it to model homes you have no connection to.

Our responsibility

We provide Plot Viewer with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on the model or profile, or for loss we couldn't reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your homes and stop using Plot Viewer at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you by email before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
